Warren Harding poster
November 20th, 2008 . by MartySince the election, Poppy Cartwright at the Institute office has been noodling on her computer and has come up with a fitting tribute to our namesake, Warren G. Harding. What do people think? Would anyone buy a t-shirt or mug with him on it? Please add your comments below. - if there’s enough demand, we’ll figure out a way to sell them (and if anyone has suggestions for the best way to do that, please let us know - thanks).

Love it. It’s a cool retro image with a modern twist. I could do without the ‘w’, however. It looks awkward and out-of-place, just like our current president at this weekend’s G-20 summit meeting.
You should have a couple different versions; one could say, “Warren G.” or, “Warren G: the other first black president”, or just “Harding”.
Or you could go with the message of “Hard” in lieu of “Hope”, although most ppl probably wouldn’t connect the message with the former president’s image, but I think that it would definitely click with the hip factor for old and young republicans in the know.
Make it into a movie. Maybe I’d go see it.
Marty - the markets are down a bit right now because of worry over Rev, Wright style socialism, but some MSM types have started
a nasty whispering campaign against
DOW 36000 author James Glassman’s insights into New Era economics,
Seeing as Bush put Glassman in charge of our Mid-East propaganda and that he is also a good pal
of yours from your AEI days, don’t you think
you should be out there defending him>>????

re Poppy’s Harding posteres - sell them at the counter-inaugural part that Hudson and AEI are having.
Right now the only merchandise they have is the bust of Feith and cookbook collection of Richard Peles favorite French cooking.
Keep up the good work! Parody and satire are under-rated!
Just out doing some shopping with my grandma. She likes this little asus eee pc, but she LOVES your harding graphic. In fact, she wants me to print it out for her so she can bring it to her favorite tattoo artist and get it tattooed on her lower back. She says it reminds her of the days when men were men. Whatever that’s supposed to mean, I don’t know. She’s been kind of a wild one lately, ever since she got her medical marijuana card.
